Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy refers to our responsibility toward our sustainable communities through initiatives. Our company’s existence is not lonely but a part of a bigger system of people, values, ethics, other organisations and nature. The social responsibility of our company is to give back to the communities just as it gives to us. Our main CSR actions are businesses should:

Responsible for all environmental impacts of the business. We understand the importance of reducing carbon footprints towards a sustainable community, we have participated in the 2020 Earth’s day events and also in ECO Action 2020.

Support and respect the protection of human rights. Airetec respects international norms for human rights, such as the fundamental principles generally reflected in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, various International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, and other globally recognized standards. These standards help inform Airetec’s principles and approach on human rights issues.

Our human rights policy applies to all employees and locations in the companies of the Airetec Organisations. We expect all of our employees to uphold this policy, and we expect our vendors and suppliers to do the same.

We extend this responsibility to our supply chain, and ensure these principles are upheld by our suppliers, partners, distributors and other third parties. Audits suppliers to evaluate compliance with the company’s standards and specify if the verification was not an independent, unannounced audit.

Requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with laws regarding IEC, EU, UL and IEEE standards of the country or countries in which they are doing business. Our suppliers requires to have recruiting practices that comply with our company’s standards for eliminating exploitive labor practices.

We maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards like Bizsafe and ISO.

We also provides training to company employees and management (those who direct responsibility for supply chain management) on mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

As industry, we have the knowledge, experience and technology to make this happen. We engage employees to participate is to align the company's contribution choices with causes that have the greatest meaning to our workforce. For instance, we jointly participated and share our industrial experience with the higher learning institution (Republic Polytechnic) on WSQ program. We don’t believe in just taking from the society but we also contribute with Republic Polytechnic for their coming 2021 DESM Diploma Awards known as “Airetec Achiever’s Awards” for next generation industry talent leadership as society contribution. Airetec’s also believe that it is important to support less fortunate group in the society and we donate to National Arthritis Association in Singapore. This is an eco-society system which Airetec believe.
