Job Descriptions 

We are looking for Assistant Manager to be in charge of the daily business operations. They verify employee schedules and ensure new hires understand their roles and duties. Assistant Managers handle phone calls regarding complaints and questions about orders or further escalations regarding services or products.

​

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the office

  • Purchase and control office and marketing stationery and pantry supplies

  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and office equipment/assets

  • Logistics coordination of incoming and outgoing shipment

  • Stock reconciliation and prepare stock balance report

  • Support account payable and receivable activities

  • Assist in MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, surveys and other related matters.

  • Assist the directors with their claims submission

  • Attend to all calls promptly and politely

  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Good organising ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimum supervision required.

  • Self-motivated, and trustworthy.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • At least a diploma in office administration or relevant field

  • Able to start work immediately is preferred
